Lead school district engagements (e.g. LAUSD, Oakland Unified, KIPP Baltimore, Menlo Park). Support school systems, schools, and other education organizations through the process of equity-centered systems change. Design curriculum. Generate contracts. Present at conferences. Past: Director, Partnerships for Learning. Led a four-year project focused on accelerating student learning, transforming teacher practice, and changing school-wide systems. The project was funded by multiple foundations, including The Carnegie Foundation, and achieved excellent evaluation results. Teacher Inquiry Project, Coordinator. Ran a professional development network that provides training and support for teachers to conduct equity-centered research in their classrooms that helps drive school-wide change.
