At Shell subsidiary in Nigeria, Shell Nigeria Exploration and Production Company (SNEPCo) at the Bonga deep-water project via a company called Keedak. This involved oversight of the chemical treatment part of the production systems on the Floating Production, Storage and Offloading facility about 100 km of the southern coast of Nigeria. The principal objective was to enhance produced crude oil quality, ensure asset integrity, minimize downtime, supporting material logistics and supply chains and providing operations safety oversight of all chemical related activities. Key skills employed here were: Business development, chemical and mechanical engineering, planning, low level project management, negotiation and business presentation.
