Cordell Parker
A true hero and teamate in all sense of the definition! He has, specifically in the past 3+ years assisted the entire USN Special Operation Force by volunteering to personnally set up a global Navy Special Operations Transition collaberative and resource site. This has assisted hundreds of active and retired personnel, like myself. Specifically, he has assisted me in understanding and applying for the Combat Related Special Compensation Pay benefit. This benefit has been around for over a two decades with no understanding for the tremendous benefits that are available to NSO warfighters. His dogged pursuit to help and assist active duty and retired personnel is commendble and life changing! Tod is absolute treasure in my opinion to those within the NSO alumi. His selfless efforts will reverberate though the community for decades to come.

Jul 2023 - Present
I've navigated the depths of innovation and operational excellence. My mission was clear: as a project/program manager to oversee a formidable fleet of unmanned underwater vehicles, including Lionfish, Viperfish, and Piranha, meticulously tailored to serve the Navy's Expeditionary Mine Countermeasures and Subsea & Seabed Warfare missions.I've led transformative initiatives, including a $9 million project with Huntington Ingalls Industries to enhance the Lionfish unmanned underwater vehicle's depth capabilities. I also managed the miniaturization of the FLS9 forward-looking sonar, integrated it with the Lionfish platform for enhanced functionality, and spearheaded the acquisition of three unmanned service vehicles to strengthen Navy survey capabilities. In Navy Special Operations, I directed Project AMMO, automating mine detection with AI and machine learning, reducing false positives, and streamlining operations using commercial AI tech. These efforts saved time and mitigated risk, leaving a lasting impact on the field.I've been a trailblazer, forging new paths and achieving remarkable results. I invite you to connect and explore opportunities for collaboration and growth in the dynamic world of Unmanned Underwater Systems and beyond. Show less

Advisor, US Forces Korea Security Operations

Feb 2016 - Nov 2016
I faced and overcame some of the most critical challenges in ensuring the safety and security of US and Korean military personnel. By developing policy recommendations and collaborating with local law enforcement, we tackled the threat of terrorism, crime, and potential civil unrest head-on, always remaining steadfast in the face of danger. In addition, I provided expert advice to major South Korean commercial seaports, protecting national security and ensuring uninterrupted maritime commerce. My most significant achievement was identifying a major threat to personnel from enemy nuclear reactor meltdowns. To mitigate this risk, I recommended the establishment of special teams to handle such scenarios, not only ensuring the safety of personnel but also minimizing the risk of catastrophic events that could have jeopardized the entire mission. Throughout my tenure as an Advisor, I had the privilege of working alongside some of the world's most dedicated individuals. Together, we overcame seemingly insurmountable obstacles and made a significant impact on the safety and security of military personnel and the world at large. Show less
