Additionally I'm responsible for managing our estimation process and act as the primary sales engineer/subject matter expert.As a lead developer I'm involved in the development of new products, features, and customizations primarily for SugarCRM. Continuous maintenance and developing of our line of SugarCRM integrations. These integrations integrate products such as; QuickBooks Desktop, QuickBooks Online, BOX, Dropbox, Constant Contact, JIRA, Authorize.Net, Zuora, etc. Maintaining and upgrading our products through a combination of PHP, SQL, XML, JavaScript (JQuery, Backbone.js, Handlebars, Underscore.js), REST, etc. I am also responsible for training our clients on how to use the integration with Sugar as well as suggesting best practices with both Sugar and the third party application.I also handle incoming support requests for our product line, Sugar, and server maintenance.
