Mr. Blekicki is an exceptional leader and teacher both in and out of the classroom. I have observed his talents as he led international students in analyzing and assessing emerging threats across a variety of partner nations. His experiences in the contemporary security environment served students well as he taught best practices for organizing effective law enforcement responses and protecting critical infrastructure. He knows how to effectively collaborate in a diverse environment like National Defense University (NDU) as well as with interagency and private sector partners to deliver a first-class training product. Todd is an excellent team player because he knows how to connect with others regardless of background or perspective. I highly recommend him for future positions of greater responsibility and authority.

Todd is one you want on your team! Todd led an interagency team of DOE/NNSA/DHS homeland security professionals in teaching a cohort of senior international military officers in homeland security best practices. He excelled at connecting tactical homeland security issues to their purpose at the strategic level. His courses on Law Enforcement and National Security (LENS) broke down barriers between bureaucratic security layers. I would highly recommend Todd as a program manager and teacher of national security professionals.
