I first worked with Todd Vance during his administration of the P.O.W. program in San Diego and watched the program grow both in numbers and legitimacy under his command. Mr. Vance is willing to put in the work necessary to reach difficult program goals, including grant applications, clerical tasks, one-on-one mentoring of fellow service members, and training new program leaders while still pushing for further legitimacy and recognition within the larger community. Todd Vance strives for perfection, not solely completion, in any task he takes on.

As the Executive Director of P.O.W, Todd exhibits exceptional leadership qualities including a unique and defined vision, strong ethics, compassion, intelligence, charisma, and the ability to listen to, and accept, the ideas of others. I am most impressed with Todd's ability to push forward through difficult situations and trying times in the interest of those P.O.W. serves. It’s rare that you come across standout talent like Todd.
