Todd ran several initiatives at Cisco that I took part in; one related to finance/budgeting and the other an employee satisfaction task-force. Todd did an excellent job in both cases, was well prepared, drove action items to completion, showed excellent organization and leadership. Initiates like this tend to be very cross functional so "soft" skills are important. Todd has impressive qualities in these areas; influence, listening, communication, persuasion and of course collaboration. Highly recommended.
