Lead ASME audits and inspections. • Set up New York manufacturing plant to build ASME vessels. Completed applications, contracted with a third party inspection company, developed quality control system and weld procedures. Led audits with ASME and National Board to successfully obtain ASME "U" and National Board "R" stamps. • Attended meetings for Underwriters Laboratories Standards Technical Panels and addressed and debated needed changes to UL standards. • Assist clients with component designs for integration into multi-million dollar projects. • Provide cost estimates for both client and internal corporate projects. • Design machinery and building layouts for new product lines.
