Todd is one of the savviest sales managers I know; he understands the clinical and economic issues that animate medical industry customers, and knows how to help his team work its way through a thicket of obstacles. He has the necessary capacity to be a chameleon in order to manage people and processes, without ever losing the innate focus on doing things the right way, in the right order. He drives business relentlessly but with great finesse; his customers, colleagues and direct reports all like him, respect him, learn from him and want to spend time with him. I would hire Todd in a heartbeat to manage a sales team with a focus on driving established or conceptually new products, as I know his intelligence, integrity, determination, and pure grit will get the job done exceptionally well.
