I am looking to and feel that I am ready to progress into the role of a Store Manager. My hiring manager promoted me from cashier to assistant manager once he knew that I was interested in the job with the idea that I would eventually take over one of the locations. He left the company right before global won the contract. I have been an assistant manager now for at least 11 years.
