I had the pleasure of working under Todd's leadership at Land O'Lakes Venture37 in the new business and partnerships team. In working with Todd on several proposals for new donors, I learned a lot from his great ability to facilitate new partnerships and effectively lead diverse proposal teams on tight timelines to win new business in a variety of technical areas. As a manager, Todd was results-focused and worked well with our team to set and meet our goals. He was a clear communicator and cared about his team members as people, not just as employees. Based on my experience working alongside him, I think Todd would be an asset to any organization.
