I started within the grill area as crew person. After a year i ended up becoming a Crew Trainer which trained new people that were hired into the business. I held that position for most of my time remaining there. For the last 4 months of employment was raised to manager. But because of them not giving me the raise i was promised i put in my 2 weeks and left. I started within the grill area as crew person.
