Todd is literally a hero. As an intern in college he moonlighted with Applied Art. I never would have guessed him to be an intern due to his maturity and wisdom approaching the projects he was assigned. To earn the title of hero he stepped in to some pretty big accounts that were not going well and he smoothed them out in a matter of days. He listened to the client(s) and immediately understood the final outcome. If the client(s) wanted revisions Todd understood and made the revisions immediately.
