It doesn't hurt that he has a great sense of humor and was a pleasure to work with while we were at the same firm. Though we are at different firms now, Todd and I complement each other well in helping mutual clients (he handling construction aspects, me handling insurance coverage). He has very high ethical standards and doesn't put up with any nonsense from anyone, yet he exercises professional courtesy at all times. I wish there were more lawyers like Todd.
