  Bulk Transactions Manager -- Manage Bulk Settlements ($800M – $1.20B+/month, 20-25 trades/month) -- Run bid tapes and analyze the data to determine pool variances -- Bid the bulk pools out to various investors for purchase, once the bid process is complete ensure that all bulk pool information is updated in Empower for proper hedge effectiveness -- Work directly with investors to ensure that the pull through percentage per pool is maximized -- Work directly with Investor Delivery to ensure a smooth transaction from bulk bid to settlement tie out -- Manage the Best Efforts Lock Desk -- Ensure that all best efforts locks are sold daily and that all lock information is updated in Empower in a timely and precise manner to ensure proper hedging of the pipeline -- Ensure that all locks are managed properly with regard to extensions and relocks when necessary --Maintain all investor relationships and set up new relationships Show less
