I had the good fortune of working with Todd for just over a year and a half. Todd is a visionary who sets the goal out in front of his team and trusts in their ability to make the results happen. In short, "What will be done is clear, how we accomplish it is up to you". Todd provides excellent guidance and support to those he leads. His positive, yet urgent approach to overcoming obstacles is both contagious and empowering. Todd has a rare combination in his ability to be analytical with his thought process while also being a creative motivator in accomplishing the goals. Todd creates a culture in which people matter. My experience with him has proven him to be very strong at building cross functional teams to work together in accomplishing the mission.
