Todd's abiltiy as a proactive and well organized Project Manager with Commonwealth Building certainly made each and every project we worked together on were always completed on time and under budget. It didn't matter whether the project was a minor cosmetic remodel or a complete new store build-out, each one was completed with the utmost of professionalism and honesty. I would have no problem recommending Todd Gainey, as well as Commonwealth Building, to any retailer in search of a dedicated and thorough General Contractor.
