- Project Manager and Business Partner supporting the Administration for Children and Families (ACF) leading all aspects of ACF Tech CFT project management. - Provide technical knowledge and analysis of highly specialized applications and operational environments, including high-level functional systems analysis, design, integration, documentation and implementation guidance. - Successfully manage a portfolio of more than ten projects within ACF Tech, leading the analysis and evaluation of processes and procedures to prepare recommendations for system improvements, optimization, development, and/or maintenance efforts. - Project portfolio includes the following specialties: information systems architecture, networking, telecommunications, automation, communications, protocols, risk management/electronic analysis, software, lifecycle management, software development methodologies, and modeling and simulation. - Senior member of the ACF Tech Strategy Team leading ACF Tech monthly sprint retrospectives and ACF-wide focus groups. - ACF Tech Customer Engagement team lead representative at the ACF Tech daily scrum call. - Received the HeiTech Services “Award of Achievement” in April 2021 and December 2022.
