MFG Chemical (Building Valuable Bonds) Thank you for taking the time to read this quick introduction to MFG Chemical! We were founded in 1980 and we manufacture a diverse product line including: water soluble Polymers, Non-Aqueous Polymers, Amides, Esters, Imidazolines, Rheology Modifiers, Surfactants, Specialty Anhydrides, and Dioctyl Sulfosuccinate (DOSS). We are a large consumer and understand deeply the chemistry of Maleic anhydride, 2EH, Acrylic acid and many others. We supply many markets including Oil & Gas, I&I, Pulp and Paper, Water Treatment, agriculture, mining, food and personal care. We have 40 reactors spread across 3 plants in Georgia. Reactors ranges from 2000 to 8000 gallons and are fully equipped with hot oil, steam, vacuum capability and overhead including LUWA thin film evaporators and distillation columns. Our customers tell us we add considerable value by “Building Valuable Bonds”, so we made that our tag line. They tell us we do that in three ways: 1> Through technical collaboration; our chemist and technical support teams help optimize processes and can work as a supplement or as a customer’s R&D department. 2> Through operational excellence; we have a 98% on time and accurate delivery record. Our operations and customer care departments ensure you are always fully satisfied with our results. 3> Through sales and service support; our sales and service team spend time getting to know your unique needs so we can tailor make solutions for your business. I would be more than happy to meet you or discuss how we can help each other. Let me know what is the best time and day for you?
