Working with Todd for over 3 years at Camden Property Trust was a great experince for me. Todd is a great leader and teacher. Todd hired me onto his largest and most challenging property in SO CA and together we accomplished turning this property around from a poorly managed, chaotic and underperforming community to a top performing well managed property while creating a cohesive team of employees. Todd is able to recognize an individuals strenghts and weaknessess and helps that person improve on thier weaknessess and encourages thier strengths to be used and shared with other team members. I learned a lot under Todds supervision and he really helped me grow even more professionally. He always encouraged you to be and do your best. He allowed me to be myself,was there to help identify areas of improvment, but always in a positve manner. Todd let me run my multi-million dollar asset and he put his trust in me. I would welcome the opportunity to work with Todd again in a heart beat! Todd is articulate, has a great sense of humor, and as I always said "super smart", but above all else he cares about you as an individual and takes the time to get to know the person that you are.
