We are Compton residents who organize and complete monthly Bright Lights Of Compton (BLOC) activities throughout our neighborhood. Sometimes we clean up trash, sometimes we rake, sometimes we paint — we always make an impact in our community. At BLOC, we unify with our neighbors, set goals, and own the issues on our block.
