I inspired learners aged 5-20 years old in the fields of Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts (liberal, physical, conceptual, musical, and language), and Mathematics through a combination of "edutainment" and passion-based learning. As a member of the School Leadership Improvement Team, I was dedicated to data driven methods to increase assessed achievement. Together, we achieved US World & News Report Gold Medal School and Michigan State "Beating the Odds" Award. I presented at professional developments at district, state, and national levels in the areas of mobile learning, 1 to 1 devices, technology enhancing engagement, passion-based learning, gamification, edutainment, language arts, science, STEM, mathematics, makerspaces and emergent technologies. From 2015-2019, I was on sabbatical from the classroom, but still working with students on the FIRST Robotics Cyber Phoenix Robotics Team 5527 at the International Academy of Flint.

This was a one year continuation of my Fellowship, my goal was to engage current, high-performing teachers in the education reform movement and to position them to serve as leaders among their educator colleagues. I organized events, met with legislators, hosted roundtables, spoke on panels, and coordinated outreach and membership with a bipartisan State team. I would also provide first hand testimony before Congress on 8 bills concerning Education, all 8 passed.
