This required extensive travel across Europe and Asia as we ran trials on different types of equipment to understand the options within the market. Once we settled on equipment suppliers and built the facility, I was asked to step into manufacturing/operations.

  I held multiple positions within Unifi as a wage employee including packing, inspection, warehousing, operating machines, quality, control room operator, maintenance, and R&D. I traveled to other countries including Ireland (For filament extrusion training) and China (For our joint venture to help establish good technical footing and a sound quality system). All of this allowed me to keep pushing myself and I have been truly blessed in my career.
