Bio
Stephen Prenger, CM,PMP
As Project Lead in the Record and Playback System I had an opportunity to work with Todd in his position as a RPS Test Conductor. Todd proved to be a very reliable employee, a quick learner and demonstrated excellent problem solving abilities. He adapted quickly to the Test Support environment and demonstrated excellent communication skills. He was well respected by other members of our team. I believe Todd would be a tremendous asset to any company and has my highest recommendation.
Mike McGuirk
Todd was a Test Conductor in the Record and Playback Subsystem (RPS) which was a General Purpose Telemetry Ground Station within the Launch Processing System (LPS). Remote site support was provided for all 4 Orbitors simultaneously while located in any of the 3 Orbitor Processing Facilities (OPF) or on the Mobile Launch Platform (MLP) in the VAB or at the Launch Pad. He supported over 100 scheduled Orbiter system and integrated tests per vehicle flow. Data Reports included Snapshots, Engineering Unit Dumps, Raw Data Dumps, MTU Frequency Monitoring and Vehicle Command Verification. These reports were used by the KSC Engineering Community and off-site Customers at Johnson Space Center, Marshall Space Flight Center and Boeing-California. Todd completed his Launch Certification in record time after hire which allowed him to manage all of the equipment and personnel needed for the above mentioned support.
