Since completion of that project, I've been focused on streamlining communication and processes between our company and the 3PL. This includes a multitude of subjects, namely inbound receiving, inventory control, forecasting sales and future budgets, outbound sales protocols, IT mapping and ERP solutions, documenting errors and working towards continuous improvement, etc. Show less
