As 2nd shift supervisor I oversaw the activities of a 27 man crew at a John Deere facility performing work ranging from cleaning shop areas to prepping and painting areas of the plant. We also performed light industrial maintenance and was the on call company requested for all major and minor spills including but not limited to Bloodborne Pathogens cleanup. I would interact with my and the John Deere Maintenance supervisors to coordinate plans for acceptable completion of work orders. Meet with other shifts supervisors to plan workload and make job assignments for crew. Throughout the shift I in constant contact with Deere officials and corresponding employees. Report daily to Vonachen on area manager and sit in monthly meeting with Regional manager, on-site Manager and Dept. Heads from John Deere.

Prep, clean, build, fiberglass motorcycle trike conversion kits. Install fiberglass in molds, mix and pour resin on then connect to vacuum system and work in the resin and remove all air pockets. Once cured I removed the completed sections then trim edges to remove sharp burrs and prepare for assembling. I then rough dry fit the thee components together before finally completing by marrying the components with an epoxy. Once that was cured body filler for seamless body sand and prep for shipping to the paint shop.

Interact and explain the benefits of installing Chrome on your new Harley up front and inclusion into the financing adding another layer of protection under the warranty and spreading the cost of complete accessory package is pennies a month on the loan compared to out of pocket expense. Processed customer wish list into reality and tracked them from dream state through ordering, receiving, selling to R.O's all in the effort to fulfill the customers wishes therefore creating a satisfied customer and generating ongoing revenue building a larger customer base. This was until now the happiest I have been in a job. It felt more like an afternoon with friends.
