Functional Consultant

Sep 2020 - Present
Towards the end of 2020 I was promoted from Junior Functional Consultant to Functional Consultant. I have been directly involved with BrightMEDIA’s biggest project to date with Condé Nast. Playing a key role in the implementation of BrightMEDIA for them as a multi Market platform right across the globe.Outside of our project lifecycle I continue to be the main leading Functional Consultant on the team. Working on our Sales & Media cloud based products, and also designing & building our customer portal on Digital Experience Cloud. The experience I now have with Salesforce has in no doubt allowed me to thrive in leading countless interactions with their business in order to discuss, review and meet all expectations around this area.

Junior Functional Consultant

Oct 2018 - Sep 2020
After finishing my Apprenticeship I moved into a role in Brightgen's BrightMEDIA project. This was a perfect move for me, as well as my interest in the media industry it also allowed me to focus on and continually improve my solid functional Salesforce knowledge. I now support the Product Owner / Technical Lead / Solution Architect on all aspects of functional configuration/migration for BrightMEDIA. I have grown into the role of being BrightMEDIA's 'go to' functional expert whether on a project or as part of the wider Product team. As of 2020 I have had increased digital exposure with Google ad manager; heavily supported the data migration process in a top BrightMEDIA project with Immediate Media, and have also been solo hosting dedicated training courses to train their sales users.

Apprentice Salesforce Consultant
-
Sep 2017 - Oct 2018
I started my first full time position at Brightgen joining as an apprentice. Once a week training took place onsite in London with The Challenge. At Brightgen I worked as part of the Service team assisting others and individually maintaining widely recognised customers. It was in this job I was first exposed to being part of a large professional company and dealing with high volumes of work and deadlines that were expected by the company and customer. I was able to put my excellent customer service skills to good use from my previous job to help me thrive. While also developing a deep knowledge of functional Salesforce skills and later achieving my Admin certification.

Jun 2015 - Sep 2017
During my time studying at Sixth Form I worked part time at The Little Book Cafe. This was my first job which I held proudly for over 2 years. I was introduced into the world of working and developed skills that are now crucial to me in an adult day to day life. As a cafe assistant I was working in all areas of the cafe from greeting and caring for customers, preparing food/drink to cleaning up. I was able to adapt and become skilled in each new task and learnt very quickly in high pressure scenarios. This job really brought me out of my shell and helped my confidence grow and turn me into a widely liked employee by staff and customers.
