Senior Broadcast Maintenance Engineer - in charge of equipment maintenance. Manage various technical issues. 2006 - Jun 2015
Customer Support Engineer: -mostly involved with repair of the higher end equipment (2011 - 15 and 2006 - 08)-based in Hong Kong as the main point-of-call for APAC customer service issues (2008 - 11)Gained an intricate knowledge of many aspects of Broadcast Equipment manufacturing; often, as the most "downstream" of the equipment manufacturing buisness, I was able to see problems that wern't apparent to others. Also, an invaluable insight to what customer's actually want... and what the difference between a happy and unhappy customer actually consists of.
