A part of a team where myself and another colleague organised events and activities for summer school student at Exeter college. During the day we had to set up a number of class rooms ready for teaching; carrying out administrative duties, liaising with college staff, providing support to students and teaching staff and organising social activities during their 6 week stay in the college. During the evening myself and another colleague organised tours of oxford and other events. At night I was on call where I would have to aid in emergency situations.

Jessops was my first introduction to retail and taught me how important customer service is to the business. During my time at Jessops I went from sales assistant to sales expert. I achieved this by learning a large amount of information on the products and services offered by Jessops, as well as partaking in a number of regular online tests and completing customer service training.
