  Working as part of a small building structures team within the company, and across a number of projects simultaneously, I developed RIBA Stage Designs, subsequent reports, specifications and design philosophy documents while managing the production any associated drawings. I attended design workshops and design team meetings to develop designs in conjunction with developing architecture and MEP strategy. I attended sites of the projects in which I was involved, during both demolition and construction phases, to monitor progress and address contractor queries. In addition to site visits for projects on which I worked I also served as a resident engineer for a project belonging to another team, where I was required to monitor site progress, report on health and safety issues and address day-to-day site problems.
