  As a native English teacher and nursery school assistant at Kiwi English Preschool, I have undertaken a wide and varied range of duties, and made valuable contributions, including but not limited to: · acting as the homeroom teacher for the 年中 class of 2021 and 2022; · working in tandem with a Japanese nursery school teacher to aid students' development across all areas; · undertaking many nursery school duties, including sole charge of students aged 1 to 6; · creating, developing and delivering an immersion learning curriculum; · producing original materials and planning lessons and activities; · acting as the pre-preschool teacher for new entrants aged 0 - 2 years old and their mothers; · acting as an eikaiwa teacher for preschool and elementary aged students of varying levels (beginner to intermediate); · teaching an immersive graduate class for the first year of graduates; · creating, developing and delivering biannual tests for eikaiwa students to assess progress. This role has required high level of organisational and problem solving skills, as well as the ability to coordinate with parents, co-workers and parents, all while maintaining an extremely approachable and engaging demeanor.
