I’ve been lucky to have Tobias as a manager for over two years. Tobias is not only a master of the craft and the world of UX but also a great leader. When in need, he’s always been around with guidance, feedback, and help with direction. What I value about Tobias is that he can balance business goals but also the health of his team. Both being visionary and emphatic, which makes him a great leader have made me grow a lot. Not to forget is that I have had tons of fun in Tobias' presence. I cherish our time together.

Tobias’ leadership within UX is characterized by trust, transparency and a strong willingness to grow together with the team in the product development process. He is invested in his team and always makes sure to follow up with valuable feedback and encouragement. I had the fortune to work with Tobias as my manager at product company G-Loot for 6 months, where I worked as a consultant, and our team would not have performed as well as we did without him. Asking Tobias for input always brought valuable insights and he made me (and others) want to improve as designers, which is really one of the best qualities for a UX lead. I hope we get to work together again some day.
