  Designed and developed Care Director web application. Care Director enables users to assess patient needs and barriers, prepare plans of care to addresses clinical, psycho-social, and financial factors, monitor progress, and track risk over time. With a small team of 3 developers, 1 architect, 1 BA, 3 QA, Care Director was GA within 6 months. I designed and developed the overall GUI of the application, created the framework of UI workflow as well as base UI components. Technology stacks I used on the client side are ExtJS, jQuery, CSS3 and HTML5. On the server side, I introduced and incorporated ASP.NET Web API, a new server framework from Microsoft to provide RESTful services. After the release of Care Director 1.0, I redesigned it to improve the GUI and performance. Care Director 2.0 has cleaner/better UI, responsive UX and much faster server data processing. On client side, I continued to use ExtJS, jQuery, Twitter Bootstrap, CSS3, HTML5. On the server side, I redesigned it into an ASP.NET MVC 3 app combined with ASP.NET Web API. I also decoupled the Business Logic from the Data Access layer, removed the component dependency, incorporated unit testing and AOP. Care Director 2.0 was GA in 9/2013.
