I have worked in the same office as Tracey for the past 6 months. She is an individual who shows great care for the projects she is working on and has always shown herself to be industrious and creative with new tasks. Not only does she work well on her own projects, she also has always been willing to offer advice and guidance to others whenever they encounter roadblocks. The time, effort, and love that she gives her work becomes immediately apparent. She is determined and ruthless in overcoming obstacles whenever they presents themselves. If she is not familiar with an assignment, she would tackle it head on and do her best to learn what is needed to complete it well. Tracey is an individual that I would consider myself fortunate to have worked with and could only hope to meet others like her in the future.
