When I stepped into the role of President at LTK Engineering Services nearly five years ago I was fortunate to be surrounded by a team of high-performing leaders. Having worked amongst them as a peer for many years, I knew that the most valuable improvement we could make would be to strengthen the bonds between the leadership team members. This essentially required raising the EQ of the collective team. Theresa understood our need, and helped us do just that, not as a consultant, but as a partner. What sets Theresa apart?
