I had the pleasure working under T.J. with the Republican Party of San Diego County for nearly two years, and knew him personally for a few years prior to that. T.J.'s experience, knowledge, and skills are nearly unmatched in the San Diego County political and non-profit scene, and the results he delivers are proof of such abilities. Under T.J.'s leadership, the Party was taken to another level, never before seen from a countywide political party. As my superior, T.J. always had an open door, was always welcome to new ideas and concepts, and truly empowered the staff to take initiative and pride with and in their projects. I would recommend T.J. in a heartbeat, and would be honored to work with him again in the future.

Clinton Soffer

T.J. is very effective at moving San Diego business and political leaders with different interests towards focused strategic objectives. He has made the Lincoln Club of San Diego County the premier business group for legislative advocacy and working to elect fiscal conservatives to office in the region.
