I have worked with Tommy on multiple projects past two year, including a business consulting project in Cape Town and I’ve been amazed by Tommy’s ability to perform in different teams and in stressful environments. Tommy has great technical and innovative skills within his product range at Danfoss, but I’m even more impressed with his great attitude towards other people and how he performs leadership with empathy, calmness and integrity.
