  Timothy J. O'Brien is Of Counsel at Lee International IP and Law Group, one of Korea's largest law firms with specialties in both intellectual property and general commercial law, which he joined in 2010. He previously was Senior Counsel at Kim & Chang for four years, during which time he served for six months in 2009 as interim General Counsel to Doosan Infracore International in the United States. Previously he was with Coudert Brothers in New York and Hong Kong, acting as managing partner of the Hong Kong office; he was the head of the firm’s Korea Practice from 1980 to 2005.
