I oversee all creative and administration of social media, Google Ads, print and all other media for North Oak Investment LLC. North Oak Investment LLC is a "Hard Money Lender". Our ideal customer is a "Fix & Flip Investor" that is purchasing single family homes to rehab and sell. Our loans are 6 month terms secured by the after repair value (ARV) of the property. I developed a new indoor shooting range/Firearms Retail in Blue Springs, MO.www.targetimedefense.com Target Time Defense LLC sought to fill a void in eastern Jackson County, MO of a next-generation indoor shooting range, self-defense training, and retail firearms facility.I designed every aspect of the building and interior and acted as General Contractor. As our retail floral business began to expand at an extraordinary rate I began to focus more of my time on cultivating that segment of our business. In 1993 we began opening satellite locations, ultimately totaling seven retail stores and a 20,000 sq ft Design Center/Warehouse by 1997. In 1995/96 we wound down and ceased our Landscape/Irrigation business in order to manage the growth of retail floral.

For 10 years I oversaw Village Gardens Landscape and Lawn Irrigation departments. I did landscape and irrigation design and installed and oversaw installation of both. In 1988 Village Gardens was named RainBird Irrigation Contractor of the year. Village Gardens did both commercial and residential design and installation.

My Father started Texas Tom's, a local Kansas City area chain of fast food restaurants. At it's peak there were 22 locations, many of them owned and operated by Texas Tom's Inc. and the rest by franchisees. I began managing company owned locations directly out of High School and continued in that capacity until 1984 when my Father, wife and I established Village Gardens in Blue Springs, MO.
