  During my early years with the company I was a customer service representative who deals with taking in and processing orders from customers; I also handled billing and technical troubleshooting issues. I then became a sales auditor where we check the quality and validity of the sales generated by agents. Right before becoming a reports analyst, I was a subject matter expert which still deals with the quality and validity of sales but with the added responsibility of handling a team taking care of their sales performance. As a reporting analyst I publish daily/weekly/monthly reports which shows the performance and progress of our line of business from all across the board from the agents to the managers. Show less
