We can also look to assist non-profits and community development financing. Bridgeway Capital Certified Development Corporation is an administrator of the the SBA 504 loan program. The SBA 504 Loan program can assist small businesses in purchasing owner occupied commercial real estate and larger equipment with long term, low interest, fixed rate financing, with as little as 10% down. I am a certified SBA 504 lender, and have completed extensive training in the SBA approval process.
