TJ was an established manager at the RHS when I joined the organisation in 2003 and was invaluable throughout my time there. There wasn't a question I could think of that TJ couldn't answer or help with and her reputation as professional was well deserved. I believe the good opinion many held of the HR department was largely down to TJ being a pivotal part of it.
