To put it most simply, TJ is just a great guy. Why? He’s someone who effortlessly connects with the people around him in a genuine way. Whether it’s his fellow employees in the workplace, or a new customer that just called in. He has a way of becoming instant best friends with his fun and lighthearted attitude. In addition to TJ’s outgoing nature, he’s also a sponge for knowledge. He wants to learn and understand, and that shows in the way he helps teammates and clients. Ask TJ a question about a product or a process, and he will give you a detailed answer without any confusing jargon. He knows his stuff, and it’s fun to hear him deliver it. When I think of TJ, I see someone who wants to be challenged, someone who easily makes connections, and someone who naturally uplifts everyone else in the room while he’s doing it.
