After looking at many candidates, we selected TJ because he brought unique skills which made him a perfect fit to lead an IT environment in a competitive, customer-driven business. He knows how to efficiently manage remote hosting and to ensure the highest levels of security. He is sensitive to the skills of his users, who may not be tech-savvy, and he makes everyone feel comfortable in dealing with day to day user support. TJ’s customer-service skills and ability to solve problems has made him an invaluable member of the management team because he thinks like a user and develops systems and technology to solve strategic problems. He is also an astute financial manager, understanding that technology investments need to be made wisely at the appropriate scale to enable growth but without breaking the budget.
