Bio
Mary-Catherine Oxford, Ed.D.
I had the opportunity to work with TJ during her time at COS. We worked together on multiple, complex software migration projects. She has a high level of expertise and a deep commitment to the end user. I was impressed at how much she understood the complex work of her team and her ability to articulate that to others to ensure we made quality decisions during the project. I admired her passion and commitment to quality work. She would not cut corners, knowing that this is detrimental to the larger organization. She has a full commitment to finding solutions to larger organization projects. As a director in the Library, I could trust her to collaborate fully and work with me as a peer to accomplish projects that would improve how our students and staff access our resources. I relied on her throughout my time and was grateful for the support and expertise she provided our team.

I first worked with TJ during her time with Ellucian and appreciated the detailed knowledge and outstanding service she gave to each and every one of the partner organizations she supported as part of the California Solution Center. Always thorough and detail-oriented, she consistently utilized a systems thinking approach to bear on any problem big or small and, although she often had the answers to almost any question, was never afraid to admit when she didn't know and always committed to find out if it would help a customer. Later, I was able to hire and supervise TJ as part of our IT Team at College of the Siskiyous where she continued to bring that same vigorous work ethic to bear. Adapting to the other of the higher education, she transitioned well and elevated the understanding and performance expectations of those around her and quickly became a valuable member of the team. TJ embodies the competence and expertise I would hope for in any IT professional, and I would be thrilled to be working with her again in any capacity.
