I started working with TJ while I was at an previous employer, and when I moved on to another company, one of the first things I did was contact TJ to bring them on board at my new company to handle our video promotions. I've worked with TJ over several years at two companies that could not be more different. TJ was always able to see our vision, and bring it to life in our final product. I always enjoyed working with TJ and his team.I appreciated that they required little direction, and could use their creative genius to bring a professional piece to the table that captured exactly what we were looking for. Each time we started a new project, he always had new innovative ideas to continuously improve our product, and constantly brained stormed with me to ensure that we were going about the project from the best angle. TJ is also very personal, and professional. My entire department enjoyed having him at our show, and were always excited to hear that he would be back for upcoming events. TJ didn't just produce videos, he produced a short story that focused on why someone needed to be at our event, and what they missed out on, striking emotional cords with the viewers.
