I had the responsibility for all aspects of the assigned programs when the Director or other program leadership was unavailable. My role is designed to create an amazing experience for our campers with diverse abilities. I will work with children who may be struggling at camp with special needs or behavioral issues, and teach counselors strategies or techniques that will help them have their best experience day to day. I am grateful to be a part of a team of 50 amazing staff to create a safe and fun experience for our 450 weekly campers!
