      In my tenure at Advance America, I have managed a successful multi-million dollar division with multiple core products. I was recently transferred to another more troubled division, and within three months, was able to reduce the charge off by more than half while keeping an upward trajectory of growth. I was inducted into the 2013-2014 leadership development group (High Potential), and have had two associates promoted to divisional director that I hired and mentored. While running my own division, I have also been able to assist in the launch of the title product in Louisiana and Ohio, as well as assisting with a state audit prepareness exercise in Virginia. I have been inducted into the company's 2015, 2016, 2017, and 2018 President's Club-being the Divisional Director of the Year in 2016.
