Devising a worldwide HR Management Guide and formats. Designing and elaborating the HR Countries Internal Regulation. Development the Local Staff Salary Scale & Policy. ACCOMPLISHMENTS: - Started up a set of policies and procedures on the fields to support the HR Mngt - Position Fulfillment: up to 30/year, international and national staff - Implemented a software to manage recruiting (more than 8.000 subscriptions) - Time reduction to fulfill vacancies: from 65 to 35 days - Implemented a new web-based payroll software -Devised two editions of HQ Internal Rules - Improved employee’s well-being through introduction of different initiatives (smartworking, flexible working hours, gym & yoga class, etc.) - Leaded two editions of the worldwide meeting (international guests, plenary sessions, group dynamic, workshops).
