I was approached at a very nascent stage almost at the birth of this organisation. From the get go they were very determined to make theirs a tech driven modern organisation that focuses on efficiency and transparency while maintaining the robustness of age old methodology. As such I was tasked with creating an online system that would take care of every process from onboarding to tracking attendance, interactions, in-house purchases, conflict resolution. Also keeping in mind the number of small business owners, it has an integrated digital visiting card as well. As a part of Rotary, working on a budget I single-handedly within a span of 3 weeks, designed developed tested and then deployed a system comprising of a marketing website, integrated member panel with role based views managed for zonal heads, chapter heads and web admins. The entire system was built on a PWA architecture meaning it doubled up an app for mobiles, tablets, desktops and everything in between.
